Visual Language for Beginners with Bel Senlle
A morning 2 hour workshop created to improve your confidence and intuitive skills of visual interpretation. The workshop will help you to see beyond the superficial and to connect with the cards in a transformative way beyond riding meanings and traditional interpretations.
Bel will introduce you to her view of cartomancy interpretation and teach you how read cards through their visual language in order to give precision to your inner intuitions. Working on the symbols beyond meanings we will be prioritising the visual over the rational so we can observe and receive more of what is being shown to us.
Embodied Intuition - Tarot as an Invitation to Movement with Nix Palomba
An afternoon 2 hour workshop introducing the language of tarot to the unique language of your intuition. Embodied Tarot is a modality Nicole has been working through which utilises the archetypal structure of the tarot deck as a scaffolding for an individual’s intuition to move through the body more fluidly and without interruption through combinations of various movement modalities adapted from dance, theatre, and somatic character building technique.
Nicole will lead us through a brief physical journey of the four mind/body centres; the head , the heart, the gut, and the root and facilitate and opportunity to reconnect with each centre individually. The second part of the work (re)introduces the four suits of the tarot as they correlate to each mind-body centre, and will be an opportunity to use your body as a medium and entry point for reading tarot, but more importantly, reconnecting with where your intuitive centre radiates.
This workshop is for everyone who feels disconnected from their own bodies, intuitions, or some combination of both. No movement or tarot experience is required or expected. You are a mover because you have a body. Nicole intends to provide a safe space to explore your intuition physically, as she believes the body is truly the first- and most powerful- point of contact with Spirit (whatever that means for you).
