A new addition to our Bless Intimate series.
An evening for no more than 6 people of Yoga Nidra and Reiki with Danielle Galway
Join us for deep rest with Yoga Nidra and Reiki. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditaion that translates as “yogic sleep”. Reiki is a non-invasive healing technique that works with the energy body and can stimultate the natural flow of energy around the body. As you relax and get cosy, Danielle will guide you through a Yoga Nidra meditation, ending in hands on healing allowing you to gently soften and release. This will be a chance for you to completely rest and allow your heart to receive. Herbal tea will be served at the end of the session.
Each of the series will be on a different theme, the first Yoga Nidra meditation will be on Self-compassion.
About Danielle:- Danielle Galway is a Yoga & Reiki teacher and a Death Doula. She has over 20 years experience in guiding people to find moments of stillness and peace.
What you need to know:- Please wear warm and comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat and blanket if you can.
About Bless Intimate:- Resonate is a new offering in the Bless Intimate series - bespoke gatherings for no more than 10 people. Here you can drop deeply into self for the session and then tune into each other as we reflect on and share our experiences. Our intimate groups ensure that our practitioners can hold space and ground you so that you are ready to integrate your experience.
