Yoga Nidra is the practice of yogic sleep. It soothes and calms the nervous system, promotes better sleep and can reduce stress and anxiety. Traditionally offered in group settings at Bless we create bespoke experiences for individuals or couples.
Danielle's tailored approach ensures that the participant and their individual needs are central to the experience. Upon booking Danielle will send a Q&A so that she can tailor the meditation to your intentions.
With each booking you will receive a gift of a handmade Bless journal that you can use to reflect on your experience.
We will welcome you to the Bless Sanctuary where you can relax into the experience in an environment cleansed with Palo Santo and infused with reiki and crystal energy.
Danielle Galway became a Reiki Master 15 years ago and since then alongside running a Reiki practice Danielle has been teaching in and around London. Danielle has been teaching Yoga and Yoga Nidra for the past 7 years. Her work is trauma informed, slow and deep with a focus on breath and presence. She guides people to fully connect with their unique bodies and minds to find moments of stillness and peace. Through her 1:1 and 1:2 sessions at Bless Danielle will hold space for participants to slow down, rest, restore and heal.
