Hormone imbalance is common in peri and menopause, but it doesn’t mean we lose control of our lives. In fact, it creates an opportunity for us to take control and activate our power again!

Dorota will spend 45 minutes taking us through five protocols for easier transition to menopause that will include dietary hacks, detoxing, liver attention, movement and exercise, mood and sleep. The talk will follow with a Q&A and an open discussion.
