An A5 booklet printed on 90gsm paper, made of 70 journal prompts divided into 7 sections. It has been designed to assist your journaling practice and through it, help you to gain a deeper understanding of who you are and how you came to be.

The seven sections are: Family, Childhood & Trust; Creativity & Identity; Personal Power & Inner Wisdom; Love, Healing & Compassion, Behaviours & Responsibility; Awareness & Intuition; and Inspiration & Implementation. Each section has 10 journalling prompts.
