Step into the magical stillness of the Bless Warehouse in Clapton, E5. Each gathering is intentionally intimate, creating spaciousness for deeper presence and genuine connection.

Join Bless founder and sound practitioner Ashlyn in her warehouse home for a soulful, restorative evening. She'll be joined by special guest  Rebecca Fletcher—Reiki Master, Teacher, and Sound Practitioner—who brings a rich fusion of reiki, sound, and her own radiant energy.

The evening begins with a grounding guided meditation, gently opening the doorway to inner stillness. From there, journey through layers of the conscious and unconscious with sound—crystal and Himalayan bowls washing over your nervous system in waves of calm.
The gong takes you deeper, into the dreamlike realm of the subconscious, while Rebecca channels reiki energy to move and clear what’s ready to shift—both in the space and within each of us.

Afterwards, we’ll gather in soft community with a herbal tea. There will be an opportunity to journal and time for reflection and optional sharing.

We are as much about integration as we are the experience.

Stay a little longer with an optional kitchen supper. We can't cater for allergies but the dish will be a simple lovingly prepared plant based bowl supper.
