Join our 2nd Tarot Day Retreat on 13 May 2023 where we will explore tarot for creative expression. conceived by Bless resident tarot readers Bel Senlle, Nix Palomba and hosted by Bless founder Ashlyn Gibson in her Hackney warehouse home of the much loved Bless Seasonal Suppers.
Bel and Nix will share their highly individual, therapeutic and creative approaches to the cards. This day is open to complete beginners and to those with a level of experience and developed practice who remain curious about their interaction with the cards.
Tarot for Creative Expression is for you if you want to deeply immerse in both: the virtues of interpretation and the importance of being an interpreter. We will cultivate our inner ways of expression through archetypal storytelling, movement, expression and community.

Language is a crucial part of life: through language we shape reality, we shape ourselves and we shape our relationship to the world around us. This retreat is intended to be a practice of awareness around expression: language allows us to create symbols, to reflect stories, and through stories we create culture, and through culture we recognise who we are and how to contribute to the world.
Tarot for Creative Expression has been organically born from the common languages Bel and Nix have discovered as immigrants, women, storytellers, movers, and tarot readers. Although being gorgeous readers with developed individual practices, Bel and Nix both believe in the power of and want to cultivate a community that encourages healing and growth as a collective encountering. Tarot itself is a collection of communities, each functioning peacefully and uniquely, but also in support of each other. Bel and Nix want to invite this sense of community based healing and expansion to anyone who is ready and interested.
