Ashlyn

meaning: vision, dream

Come home to yourself

Through personal guidance, gatherings, private stays at my Norfolk cabin, and a curated edit of tools for daily ritual.

My work is as unique as you are. I draw on a carefully chosen blend of transpersonal coaching, sound healing, energy work, mindfulness and embodied practice. For some nature-based therapy or forest bathing may be supportive. For others the work remains reflective, conversational, or energetically focused. My experience as a death doula, holding individuals and families through the ultimate ending, informs everything I offer with steadiness, humility, and deep respect.

I walk alongside you through the disappointment, confusion, regret and fear that is so often bound up in painful endings. Together, we pause to draw breath in a place where you can rest. Revived and restored we explore new possibilities and the way forward.

From hopes and dreams to heart break and physical loss our lives are made up of a million and one endings. Each of the journeys I facilitate honour endings no matter how small. Through the sacred art of intuitive conversation, deep listening, energy work and attuned presence I create spaces that hold you among the fragments before a new beginning.

Alongside my one-to-one work, I hold therapeutic and collective experiences from retreats and gatherings to supper parties and women’s circles. I open my lakeside Norfolk cabin for private stays, and collaborate with practitioners and artists whose work and integrity I deeply value to co-create immersive shared experiences.

I also bring elements of my work into organisational settings in a bespoke and responsive way, shaping experiences that meet specific needs. These offerings are grounding and restorative, creating trust, connection, and a sense of belonging that strengthens both the individual and the collective.

Offerings

A sense of presence, visual language, depth and lived experience sit at the heart of my work. As an interior stylist, art director and published author, a distinct aesthetic runs through everything I create. I have developed my own visual language, combined with holistic training, to ensure the spaces I create provide a genuine sense of safety, ease and belonging.

My 1:1 sessions are not simply shaped by my training and experience, but by the spaces that hold them. You will always find yourself in environments that inspire, soften, and support what is unfolding. The space is part of the work.

My group sessions are held with each individual in mind, while tending carefully to the wider ecosystem. Each person is seen, honoured, and supported, and at the same time the group is invited into a shared rhythm where connection, listening, and mutual care can unfold. The collective becomes a living field, responsive, nourishing, and quietly strengthening, offering space for personal insight and the wisdom that emerges in community.

I bring energy work and a holistic approach to my styling and design, creating personal sanctuaries that encourage reflection and support deep, lasting transformation. All of my work is attuned to spatial and human energy.

"Ashlyn creates magical meeting places where conversation and community flourish.  Her beautifully curated Bless suppers are vibrant cauldrons of creativity; nourishing spirit, body and soul. Even if you attend solo, the mood could not be more welcoming and affirming."

Upcoming Collaborations & Gatherings

Whether I am holding space on my own or in collaboration, it is always with the same intention: to create experiences where people can pause, reconnect with themselves, and find strength and understanding in community.

I work within a circle of collaborators and can often be found in nature with Helen at Albion Nights, or in the urban oasis of the Bless Warehouse alongside reiki master Rebecca Fletcher.

Each gathering is an invitation to retreat from the everyday, These are spaces that soothe and enrich, that lift the spirit, and gently reconnect us to ourselves and to one another.
