It is a good idea to read our terms and conditions before you place an order on our website. Our website is constantly updated so any changes will be posted as they occur. We hope you enjoy shopping and browsing with us. We think the site is easy to use but we believe that there is always room for improvement. If you run into any problems please don't hold back and we will try to improve things for you.
We aim to ensure that all of the information on our website is up to date. On occasion goods are subject to availability and delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If you are ordering goods that are out of stock we will inform you by email and if you wish to wait for them we will dispatch them as soon as they are received from our supplier.
We strive to provide comprehensive information on our website but all of the information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only. Dimensions, weights and colours are only approximate. When you make a purchase we will require your name, e-mail, postal address, credit/debit card number and card expiry date. Without this information we won't be able to process your request or correspond with you. When we receive your order it will be packaged and dispatched. At that point we will process your payment for both the available items and appropriate delivery charge. If any of the items are unavailable their value and associated delivery charge will be debited from the amount deducted from your card. As soon as we send your goods we will let you know that they are on their way and that will complete the contract between us.
We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time.
You are entitled to cancel this contract provided you return the goods to us unworn/unused/undamaged in the original packaging within 14 days from the date you received your order by following the procedure set out in the returns policy.
Items that we carry each season may increase in price. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
Before we can send you your parcel we need to validate your card. If there are any problems we won't be able to fulfil your order. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing a product from this website whether or not it has been sold.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form a contract under English law you must provide the following details:-
your real name; phone number; e-mail address; payment details and other requested information; be over 18 years of age; stipulate a delivery address; and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable.
BLESS EVENTS AND 1:1 SESSIONS
Tickets to our events and sessions are non refundable and non transferrable.
BLESS CABIN STAYS
We require a non refundable 25% deposit to secure your booking. If your booking is within 6 weeks full payment is required and is non refundable. For any cancellations made within 6 weeks of your stay a 50% refund will be made. After that time the payment is non refundable.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform ("ODR Platform") for disputes regarding items bought online.
