An evening of embodiment practice with sound and movement with Peneleope Klamert and Ashlyn Gibson.

In an intimate group Penelope will introduce you to the concept of embodiment. During the immersive workshop you will discover how to embody a full expression of your unique energy and step into your truest self and your potential. 

Using gentle intuitive and repetitive movement patterns you will gain a deeper understanding of your own mind body connection. Playing Himalayan Bowls Ashlyn will layer sound vibration to enhance your movement and connection to each energy centre. 

Making this new found expression part of your daily practice will help you to release energetic blockages inviting strength, fullness and presence.

The 2 hour workshop will be followed by a nourishing plant based supper around the kitchen table.
