Bless In Circle - Imbolc

Awaken your senses as potent new life is beginning to stir after a deep dark winter.   We have moved through what many people find the most challenging season of all. Share and explore lessons learnt as we transition into the light. Sow seeds for the year ahead as you unfurl with new ideas and energy.

Light candles together before we ground into the space with a guided meditation and the sound and vibration of crystal bowls.

Journal with prompts.

Reflect on the darkness of Winter and the return of the light.

Drink a bespoke herbal blend as you are all invited to share and or listen to one another.

Leave with a sense of belonging and connection.

This 90 minute session will take place sitting in circle at Bless Stories in Stoke Newington. Tickets include an A4 Bless hand made paper journal.

We offer 2 low cost places for those who would not be able to attend with a full price ticket.
