Reiki Energy + Sound Cleanse I Rebecca Fletcher

Rebecca combines reiki energy, sound healing and mindfulness in a 90 minute session.

What you will experience:-

Before the treatment Becky will tune into your mental, physical and emotional state.

Opening practice using mindfulness and the breath to relax you so that you are ready to receive

45 minutes hand on Reiki healing followed by 15 minutes bespoke sound healing with crystal and/or Himalayan bowls and chimes. 

Closing to ground and reflect you as you begin to integrate the session.

What to expect:- 

You will leave re-energised with a sense of calm, refined clarity and peace of mind. Rebecca will hone in on a personal mantra and recommend tools to help you on your journey from specific crystals to self care rituals.  Leaving with a new focus the session will support you to integrate the energy shifts into your daily life.

About Rebecca:-

Reiki master Rebecca Fletcher discovered her path whilst she was working as a make up artist in luxury high end fashion. Her natural and authentic connection and ability to put people at ease are skills that come to the fore with her reiki clients. Going through personal challenges Becky sought out treatments to calm, soothe and nurture herself. Her first experience of Reiki was profound and led her to Bali on a 3 months spiritual cleansing sabbatical.
