Sound Bath + Reiki

Leave the world behind as you enter into the magical setting of the Bless Warehouse in Clapton E5.  All of the gatherings are purposely intimate to allow a spaciousness and deeper connection.

Join Bless founder and sound practitioner Ashlyn in her warehouse home for a soulful and restorative evening. Special guest Rebecca Fletcher will bring an added element of sound and reiki energy.

Journey with sound though the layers of the conscious and unconscious.  Settle with a guided meditation.  Flow into a nervous system reset with Himalayan and crystal bowls. The sounds of the gong take to you a deeper subconscious dimension. Using hands on reiki energy Rebecca will help to move the energy not only in the space but within each of us.

There will be time to integrate your experience within community over a Whimsy Brews herbal tea.
