A bespoke session of vibrational restoration

A private session with Ashlyn offers a gentle, powerful space to support both emotional and physical wellbeing. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, grief, illness, or simply feeling stuck or at a crossroads, this is an interlude—a pause—to be held, heard, and rebalanced on every level.

Ashlyn draws on traditional sound healing techniques to intuitively direct vibrational energy where it’s needed most—working with your body and energetic system to release blockages, restore flow, and reset your inner rhythm.

Using a blend of guided meditation, mindfulness, and a rich tapestry of sound—from Himalayan and crystal bowls to tuning forks, gongs, and chimes—each session is uniquely attuned to you.

A key element of Ashlyn’s practice is on-body bowl work—a traditional technique she studied in the Himalayas, where therapeutic bowls are placed directly on the body. The sound and vibration travel inward, working gently but deeply through muscle, tissue, and energetic layers. This tactile approach offers a grounded, embodied experience of sound healing, supporting deep release and restoration.

If you are experiencing poor sleep, chronic tension, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm, this nurturing and intuitive experience can help bring calm, clarity, and deep rest. By tuning into the subconscious, sound becomes a bridge—offering insight, soothing the nervous system, and gently reconnecting you to yourself.

Ashlyn also works closely with singers and voice practitioners, supporting them in deepening their connection to their vocal expression. Through vibrational therapy and energetic clearing, clients often experience renewed resonance, emotional release, and a more embodied, liberated voice.

Sessions take place with the client either seated or lying down on a treatment table, allowing you to fully receive in stillness.

Ashlyn is the founder of Bless Stories and the Good Death Salon. Her training in sound began in the Lower Himalaya, rooted in the traditional art and techniques of sound healing. A lifelong student, she continues her study with Ali Gunning and Jane Everett. Ashlyn is also a trained Death Doula, supporting clients at the end of life and holding space through Death Cafes and Grief Circles at Bless Stories.

For those called to share this experience in community, Ashlyn also offers group sound journeys at Bless Warehouse—a hidden sanctuary in the heart of East London. Nestled in this atmospheric, one-of-a-kind space, these sessions invite deep rest, connection, and collective resonance. The warehouse holds a quiet kind of magic—raw, sacred, and alive—and welcomes you just as you are.

Ashlyn holds space with depth, intuition, and care—and group bookings are a powerful way to experience that alchemy together. Whether you're gathering with close friends, marking a rite of passage, or weaving sound into a corporate wellness day, these sessions are crafted to meet the moment. Real connection, deep rest, shared stillness. Come as you are—leave more whole.

A sound session is not a replacement for medical treatment and is not suitable if you are in the 1st or 3rd trimester of pregnancy, if you have had recent surgery or have a pace maker.
