Spring Sound Bath + Kitchen Supper

Join Bless founder and sound practitioner Ashlyn in her warehouse home for a soulful and restorative evening. 

Leave the world behind as you enter into the magical setting of the Bless Warehouse in Clapton E5.  All of the gatherings are purposely intimate to allow a spaciousness and deeper connection.

Journey with sound though the layers of the conscious and unconscious.  An introduction with Himalayan and crystal bowls will help you flow into a nervous system reset. The sounds of the gong take to you a deeper dimension. Ashlyn uses a bespoke intuitive touch for the group who have gathered. 

There will be time to integrate your experience within community around the family table. You will be treated to a simple but wholesome plant based seasonal soup supper.
