Join 'Resonate' our monthly 'Bless Intimate' sound healing and energy circle with Rebecca Fletcher.
Settle into the intimate and welcoming space at Bless created to encourage time for self. Resonate with down time where you will experience the vibrational cleanse and sonic frequency of crystal bowls and grounding Tibetan bowls. A guided meditation will deepen the experience where you will be open to receiving reiki energy.
Leave the session feeling deeply rested with a clear and calm state of mind.

About Bless Intimate:- Resonate is a new offering in the Bless Intimate series - bespoke gatherings for no more than 10 people. Here you can drop deeply into self for the session and then tune into each other as we reflect on and share our experiences. Our intimate groups ensure that our practitioners can hold space and ground you so that you are ready to integrate your experience.
About Rebecca:-
Reiki master Rebecca Fletcher discovered her path whilst she was working as a make up artist in luxury high end fashion. Through working 1:1 with people in high pressure environments she discovered her natural and authentic ability to tune into peoples energy and to put them at ease. Whilst she was navigating personal challenges Becky sought out treatments to calm, soothe and nurture herself. Her first experience of Reiki was profound and life changing. It led her to Bali on a 3 months spiritual cleansing sabbatical and the beginning of her training and commitment to Reiki. Since then Becky has trained in sound and now teaches Reiki as well as working with private clients and small groups at Bless.
