Our Autumn reprise of Sounds of the Forest will take place at the Bless Cabin in Norfolk in 10-14 November 2023. Co-created by Bless founder Ashlyn Gibson and sound healing and reiki master Rebecca Fletcher. The 4 day retreat takes you on a journey using sound baths and forest bathing.
SPECIAL BONUS:- For all bookings made before August 21 guests will be offered a complimentary 121 sound and reiki healing session with Rebecca. The sessions will take place at the Bless Sanctuary sometime after the event.
